| One day my son Justin wanted a little dog that he could play with. At that time we had a
Standard Poodle as a companion, that dog was a little too big for him to play with.
In 1987, we decided to go for a Dachshund Standard Long Hair,
we went to a Breeder to buy our first companion, a red male that we named "Digger".
At the age of 11 months Digger showed some nice disposition to become a good champion.
So with not much experience I decided to show Digger, after only three weekends Digger
became my first Canadian Champion.
In 1988, I bought a Black and Tan female, "Lady". Lady did not like the Show, she did not
like the ring, and all she wanted to do was to sit on the couch and be pampered all day.
She made a few points toward her championship, but was never finished.
The adventure started.
From this humble beginning came 15 champions.
One of my male made 5 Best in Show, Group First at the Show of Shows in Ottawa,
and a Best in Speciality over 149 Dachshunds.
At Dachall, I breed healthy puppies with good temperament.
All the puppies are raise in the home not in a kennel.
All puppies are registered with the C.K.C., a 5 generations pedigree and a health
guarantee is supplied at the time of sale. I am always there for my customer,
if they need help at any time

 Un jour mon fils Justin voulait un autre chien avec lequel il pourrait jouer.
À ce moment là, nous avions un caniche standard, il voulait un chien plus petit.
En 1987 nous avons décidé d'acheter un Teckel standard à poil long.
Nous sommes allés chez un éleveur pour acheter notre premier chien de compagnie,
un mâle rouge que nous avons surnommer "Digger".
À l'âge de 11 mois Digger démontrait déjà des qualités de champion.
Même si je n'avais aucune expérience dans le domaine,
j'ai quand même décidé de présenter Digger en exposition.
Après seulement trois fins de semaine d'exposition,
Digger est devenu mon premier Champion Canadien.
En 1988 je me suis procuré une femelle noir et feu, "Lady".
Lady n'aimait pas beaucoup les expositions, elle voulait seulement être dorlotée et passée ses journées couchées sur un fauteuil. Elle a tout de même amasser quelques points mais n'a jamais fini son championnat.
Et l'aventure commença…
Après cet humble début, j'ai produit 15 champions canadien dont un canadien/américain.
Un de mes mâle a gagné 5 Meilleur De l'Exposition,
Premier de Groupe au "Show of Shows" d'Ottawa, et un Meilleur de la Spécialité parmi 148 Teckels.
J'élève des chiots en santés et avec de très bon tempérament,
les chiots sont élevés à la maison et non pas dans un chenil.
Tous les chiots sont enregistrés au Cercle Canin Canadien,
un pedigree de 5 générations et une garantie de santé sont fournis au moment de l'achat.
Je suis toujours disponible pour mes clients s'ils ont besoin d'aide.
